When I initially read this tweet (there's more to it, link to full thread) I was upset. Like sick to my stomach upset. My initial thought was: "To brush off one a series that is still loved by millions, revitalized the figure skating community, and took LGBTQ+ representation in anime miles ahead... and call it 'insignificant?'"
Obviously it isn't. Everyone who worked on that show - from Yamamoto to Kubo to the voice actors from the JP and EN dubs... put real time, real work, and real soul into this series and it shows.
